Total Roof Renewal

Straight answers

The questions everyone asks. Answered plainly.

What exactly is roof renewal?
It's a treatment that restores aging asphalt shingles from the inside. Years of sun and weather dry out the oils in your shingles, leaving them brittle and shedding granules. Our treatment soaks into the shingle, brings back that flexibility, and helps hold the granules that protect your roof — so you get more useful life out of the roof you already have.
Isn't this just oil on my roof?
It's more than that. Ours is a scientifically engineered plant-based treatment that bonds to the aged asphalt — it becomes part of the shingle, not a film sitting on top. That's backed by university research, an issued patent, and independent lab testing.
Will it fix my leak?
No. Renewal is a maintenance treatment for a sound roof, not a repair. If you have an active leak, that's a roofer's job — and we'll say so and point you to someone who can help. We fix small things ourselves (a nail pop, a touch of caulking), but a real leak needs a real repair.
How long does the benefit last?
It brings back the health your shingles had years ago, and your roof keeps working from that better place. The honest cadence is to renew a sound roof and then renew it again every five years or so, per the manufacturer's guidance. We don't promise a made-up number of extra years.
Is my roof a good fit?
The best candidates are dry, structurally sound asphalt roofs roughly 12–25 years old, with no active leaks, no rot, and no serious damage. We look at it free and tell you straight — if it isn't a fit, we'll say so rather than sell you something it won't help.
Do I have to do anything or be home all day?
Hardly anything. You get your price in 30 seconds online, before anyone even visits. On the day, we handle the inspection, the small repairs, and the application — you just need to be around to let us on the roof. It's a short visit, usually about half a day, and we leave it documented and clean.
Why is this so much cheaper than a new roof?
Because it's not a new roof — and it's not priced like one. Renewal is usually around a quarter of what a full replacement costs, and you keep the roof you already paid for. That's not a discount on the same thing; it's a different, less invasive way to extend what you have.
Is there a sales pitch?
No. You get your price up front, before any appointment. Nobody sits you down to "warm you up." Nobody uses a "we can only offer this today" line. If your roof is a fit, we tell you; if it isn't, we tell you that too. Straight answer, no pressure.
